We are recruiting on behalf of a professional and highly respected enforcement company operating across England (with head office in Bedford). This is a field-based role where no two days are the same. You will be involved in a variety of operations including trespasser removal, site security support, repossession activity, and direct enforcement action.

• Carrying out enforcement work covering all areas of the Company’s operations
• Being key point of contact for all enforcement staff including associates
• Training all new enforcement staff in the field
• To direct a team of enforcement officers, ensuring compliance with National Standards and other laws and regulations as well as Health and Safety
• Work nationally throughout the UK where operations dictate
• To be responsible for on-site operations, liaising with the client as necessary whilst always demonstrating a professional manner
• To ensure effective liaison/ communication within the Company concerning operations on site while in progress
• Ensuring compliance with H&S and ensuring relevant PPE is used, method statements followed, site-specific risk assessments carried out and all relevant paperwork completed
• To supervise sub-contracted services whilst on site when required as part of a job e.g. tow truck ops, security staff, etc.
• Provide feedback and performance information on enforcement team for training and appraisals as required
• Ensure correct accounting and receipting of monies collected
• To help enhance the company profile through contacts made and ideas put forward
• To keep up to date with all industry changes and guidelines
• To undertake any other duties commensurate with the post

Mandatory requirements:

• Certificated Enforcement Agent at Level 2 ICM Qualified or above or will train to pass exams within agreed time frame with manager.
• Educational background sufficient to produce reports to good standard
• IT literacy and working knowledge of using technical products - Camera (still and Video), body- cam, iPad’s, mobile phone, Microsoft office (outlook, word, basic excel)
• Clean driving licence (No offence for incorrect use of mobile, no drink/driving, no more than 6 penalty points)
• DBS criteria met (Previously CRB)
• Working hours should not restrict the completion of duties. This requires the ability of flexible working to accommodate operational requirements
• Able to work outdoors in all weathers

Highly desirable

• Other appropriate experience - e.g. security /police / armed forces
• Industry experience in: HC, CRAR, Repo, Process Serving, Direct Action

Hours: 40 hrs a week (1 in 6 weekends on a rota – Saturday’s only)

Benefits:

• Salary £30K per annum - £25.00 per hour on a Saturday (If worked)
