We are recruiting on behalf of a professional and highly respected enforcement company operating across England ( with head office in Bedford).

Highly desirable: candidates with an SIA licence, TCOG Level 2, and experience in security, police, armed forces, enforcement roles ,repossession or process serving.

This is a field-based role where no two days are the same. You will be involved in a variety of operations including trespasser removal, site security support, repossession activity, and direct enforcement action.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out enforcement duties across a variety of operational environments
• Remove trespassers from land and buildings
• Support operations including repossessions, site clearance, and direct action activity
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company standards
• Follow Health & Safety procedures, including PPE, risk assessments, and method statements
• Complete all required reports and documentation accurately
• Work closely with the Operations Manager and wider team

Requirements (Essential)

• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points, no serious offences)
• Ability to pass DBS checks
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• IT literate (mobile devices, Outlook, Word, basic Excel)
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and assertive in challenging situations

Salary: £28,000 p/a (Pro Rata)+ £20.00 per hour (rostered Saturdays, if worked)
Hours: Part time hours -24hrs hours per week (Monday to Friday + 1 in 4 Saturdays on rota basis)
Training: 12-month structured training programme. You are required to complete your TCOG (Taking Control of Goods) Level 2 within 12 months. Upon successful completion, salary will increase to £29,500.00 per annum ( Pro Rata).
Holidays: 28 days ( Pro Rata) (including bank holidays)
Probation: 6 months
