We are recruiting for an experienced Immigration Solicitor to join our client's legal team.

The Role

Reporting to the Supervising Partner, the successful candidate must be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with experience in both Business and Private Immigration, including but not limited to:

• Business, Work, Student, Family and Visitor Visas
• Sponsor Licence Applications
• Advising businesses on employing migrant workers
• Settlement in the UK / Indefinite Leave to Remain
• Visa extension applications
• British Citizenship
• Human Rights and Asylum
• Deportation and Removals
• Subject Access Requests
• EEA Applications

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Ideally a minimum of 3 years' PQE in Immigration Law.
• Proven experience of managing their own caseload.
• Excellent client care skills, providing professional and competent legal advice in accordance with the SRA Code of Conduct.
• Strong IT skills.
• Effective business development skills with proven marketing strategies.
• Ability to generate fees in line with agreed targets.
• Up-to-date legal knowledge and commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
• Strong drafting, writing and communication skills, with excellent technical ability.

Salary & Benefits

• £40,000 – £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm
