Our client manufactures steel staircases, steps and waste water tanks for the portable building industry.

Job Description:

We are looking for a full time MIG welder/fabricator to join our clients team on a temporary basis.

Candidates must have at least 2 years’ experience with MIG welding. Previous experience with steel staircases and balustrades is desirable but not essential.

The position mainly involves welding box sections and flat steel for the manufacture of staircases and handrails, the production of batch and one off items, JIG work and the use of electric hand tools.

Driving licence required due to remote location with access to free parking.

Hours of Work

  • 7.30 – 5.30 Monday to Thursday
  • 7.30 -12.30 Friday
